The 6000 Series Half Facepiece Respirator is NIOSH-approved for negative-pressure air-purifying and positive-pressure dual-airline applications. It can be used with 3M Cartridge 6000 Series, 3M Filters 2000, 2200, 7000 or 5000 Series, or 3M Dual Airline Systems, protecting against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards.
The swept-back design of the cartridges helps improve balance and visibility, while the soft, lightweight facepiece with easy-to-adjust head straps allows for a customized and comfortable fit. The respirator can be disassembled, cleaned, and reused, reducing waste and costs over time.
This half facepiece respirator is suitable for a variety of applications, including assembly and mechanical work, chemical clean-up and handling, chipping, chiseling, cleaning, furnace operations, grinding, laboratories, machining, masonry, painting, pouring/casting, sanding, sawing, welding, construction, general manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and mining.
