This product is recommended for use in the presence of dust and fumes containing substances such as micro-organisms, marble, gypsum, titanium oxide, soapstone, rock wool, wood, detergents, textile fibers, spices, salt, and animal feeds, as it provides protection against dust that can cause lung disease.
The Elipse mask range is particularly effective in protecting against dusts such as coal, silica, cotton, iron ore, graphite, kaolin, zinc, and aluminum, as well as harmful dusts like asbestos, bauxite, coal, silica, iron, and toxic dusts. The masks are extremely lightweight and compact, providing the wearer with maximum comfort and a full range of vision without interfering with other eye or ear protection.
The Elipse P100 respirator offers low breathing resistance, reducing the risk of user fatigue and adding additional comfort. The filters have a lifespan of up to 5 years and can be easily replaced. The masks are made from a soft, thermoplastic, odorless elastomer that is hypoallergenic, without latex or silicone, and feature an easy-to-adjust headband.
The Elipse P100 respirator has met the requirements of 42CFR84 (Code of Federal Regulations) and has received the NIOSH Approval number: P100 TC-84A-6949.
The Elipse mask range is designed to be light, comfortable, and ultra-compact, with an ergonomic shape that provides a wide field of view and completely seals around the nose to prevent exhaled air from fogging safety glasses. The close-pleated, high-efficiency synthetic particulate air-filter offers hydrophobic (water-repellent) material while providing maximum particulate protection, with an efficiency greater than 99.97%.
The compact size and lightweight design of the Elipse masks offer users several unique solutions, such as fitting perfectly to the face and not hindering the user when worn with other personal protective equipment, such as eyewear, helmets, and headphones.
The Elipse P100 respirator is available in several variants, including the Elipse OV/P100, Elipse OV/AG P100, and Elipse P100 Nuisance Odor, each offering different levels of protection against a variety of dust, fumes, and other airborne contaminants.
